AGARTALA, Feb 25 (TIWN): Tripura auto-rickshaw workers union have placed deputation to the vehicle department with certain demands.

The deputation was placed followed by a massive protest rally led by MP Shankar Prasad Dutta.

Addressing media. MP Shankar Prasad Datta said, “Auto rickshaw drivers across Tripura are unsafe, facing severe attacks. At the same time, the rate of auto insurance has also increased. Huge crisis of CNG are being felt by the auto drivers. In this condition, with similar 15 issues in total, the deputation has been placed”.
