AGARTALA, Feb 21 (TIWN): Poverty, starvation, deaths are causing massive resentments among the common men, but with another shocking note it has been informed that the tax collection which was earlier 10%, now further has increased 16% and in last 11 months BJP govt collected 26% revenue.

Already taxes on each thing including entering a fair also have been imposed by the State Govt.

Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb recently claimed that the high revenue income is the greatest achievement of BJP Govt in Tripura.

It can be mentioned here that since BJP Govt is in power it has been engaged in huge tax collection.

The Govt not only imposed taxes on fuel but has started taxing the pensioners also.

However, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has claimed that the revenue collection is ofcourse Govt’s achievement, even though in last 11 months people’s incomes have been downed and unemployment toll has raised 30.9%
