AGARTALA / SANTIR BAZAR, Feb 2 (TIWN): In a bizarre outcome of BJP led ruling party in Tripura one woman was set on fire because her husband is a CPI-M leader.

The victim is wife of Shankar Debnath, local CPI-M leader at Santir Bazar. She was burnt after the house of Shankar Debnath was put in fire.

On last night immediately she was shifted to Santir Bazar District Hospital and later she was referred to GB hospital
