AGARTALA, Jan 30 (TIWN): Vote luring ahead of Lok Sabha election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Tripura on February 9 and will hold bunches of programmes. Earlier, on 5th January BJP National President Amit Shah had visited and held a rally. PM Modi not only will inaugurate projects but also to hold cabinet meetings with Ministers and talk to BJP leaders. Agartala Airport which has been renamed recently by BJP-IPFT Govt as Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport, will be inaugurated by PM Modi. Chief Minister Biplab Deb has already conducted a meeting in this regard with state officials and also sat in meeting with BJP leaders. One Railway extended line to be inaugurate and a building to be inaugurate at ITI, Agartala. BJP-IPFT Govt was formed in March 9, 2019 and PM Modi to visit exactly on 11 months completion of the Govt.Ruling-aligned BJP and IPFT yet to come into solution about MP seat sharing. But so far no much disturbance in the alliance was reported and BJP has declared to bloom two lotuses in the Lok Sabhaelection.

From Tripura two seats are booked for the Parliament, whereas IPFT earlier demanded 1 seat for them and also IPFT didn’t participate in the recently held Municipal Election.

Earlier, IPFT had warned, if they are not given 1 MP seat then, they will break the alliance with BJP. However, yet to give any green signal on the demands.BJP Vice President Avinash Rai Khanna on January 21 said that BJP respects the alliance in all states and here also through discussion solution to come out.

Central BJP leaders, national party figures are rushing now in Tripura keeping the Lok Sabha election ahead and State BJP is all set to begin campaigning for upcoming Lok Sabha election. BJP has targeted two “Lotuses” to bloom in Tripura whereas public resentments are fueling against BJP’s failure to fulfill the Vision Document laid promises, rather the Govt has been working at just the opposite direction with job slashing, cancellation of existing recruitment process. About law and order even though Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Statehood day said, it has developed but in reality the Govt is engaged in suppressing the crime records which are done by none other than ruling BJP activists with Jirania violence has been the latest example.
