NEW DELHI, Oct 4 (TIWN): After TIWN news published yesterday about missing SBI officer Abhijit Nag in Delhi, hectic search activities by Delhi Police, God’s blessing in the form of an Auto Driver Md. Tahed Miah , Tripura MP Jiten Chaudhury's proactive initiatives yielded Mr Nag’s return to Delhi Tripura Bhavan on Friday night. Mr Nag is now in safe custody of Tripura Bhavan, New Delhi.

Mr Nag was saved from sure death by big hearted auto rickshaw driver Md. Tahed Miah, who for 3 days took care of Mr Nag after he was found roadside on 29^th Sept early morning.

Mr. Abhijit Nag (58 yrs), a SBI Officer of Kailashahar, Unakoti District of Tripura is gone missing since the afternoon of 29th September,2014 from the point of Kashmiri Gate, Delhi. Mr Nag had confirmed ticket for early morning(Sept 29) Indigo Flight to Agartala from Delhi.  Inspite of Delhi Police's vigorous effort Mr. Nag was not traceable. Last evening(3rd October) at around 6.00 pm one Md.Tahed Miah of Sector-53, NOIDA has informed Mr. Nag is with him. Mr. Nag's wife, son and relatives has immediately rushed to the point and taken him in their custody. Now they are at Tripura Bhavan,
Chanakyapuri. Mr. Nag is stable now, but ofcourse very exhausted. What happened exactly to Mr. Nag may be known later on but it looks like he was robbed in early morning of 29^th Sept near Delhi Airport.

But one thing here is very important, it has proved again, where the strength of India lies. A poor auto driver, Md. Tahed Miah has picked him up from the street in a very
unstable condition, while others were ignoring him, taken him to his tiny cottage at poor hamlet in Noida, nurtured him and managed to revive his memory to call his wife, then handed over him to Tripura Bhavan, New Delhi on Friday night.

Agartala, October 3 (TIWN): TRIPURAINFOWAY received an appeal from relatives of Sri Abhijit Nag, Officer working at SBI Kailashahar branch that Sri Nag is gone missing from Delhi on September 30.

Email from Mr Nag's brother 

Abhijit Nag, working in SBI Kailashahar in Officer Grade was returning from Sonipath, Hariyana towards Delhi on 29-09-2014. After reaching Kashmiri Gate ISBT last phone call was made around 4.30 PM on 29-09-2014 with his son by own mobile (Mobile No. 09401168456). Confirmed air ticket was booked in fabour of Sri Abhijit Nag for journey from Delhi airport to Agartala airport on 30-09-2014 at 6.10 AM by Indigo Flight but Sri Abhijit Nag was not boarded in the scheduled flight. The mobile is tilled switched off after last phone call and my brother is also traceless.
