AGARTALA, Jan 12 (TIWN): Acute flight crisis, huge ticket prices of flights continue to hit Airway passengers in Tripura.
Any passenger travelling in emergency is bound to book his/ her ticket at Rs. 10,000-Rs.15,000 even if one day before the ticket is booked.
From Kolkata-Agartala the fare demand is equal to fares of neighboring foreign countries. A person can tour in nearest countries with the same fare of Kolkata-Agaratala / Agartala-Kolkata.
Many flights took off finally, however, Chief Minister Biplab Deb said that Air Asia and new Indigo flights will be operating from Agartala Airport soon but so far no development.
