AGARTALA, Jan 12 (TIWN): Tapas Ghosh, BJP General Secretary Pratima Bhowmik’s right hand who is right now at Delhi with Biplab Deb and Pratima Bhowmik was called by BJP Ramanagar MLA Surajit Datta as a ‘puppy’.

Datta said this after Tapas had attacked MLA Surajit Datta on Thursday after he warned Tapas for his illegal activities including ‘phensedyl’ smuggling and collecting ‘hafta’ of Rs. 2000 from each vehicle entering bordering.

Slamming Tapas, Datta said that he is a puppy and after Chief Minister Biplab Deb comes, he would beat Tapas with shoes.

Also the MLA has called for 24 hours strike today at his area condemning the attack.
