IPFT Minister escapes media queries on Jirania violence

AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): BJP aligned IPFT which has two of its Ministers in Tripura are in critical situation since indigenous youths were targeted in police’s bullet.
Being asked by media, what is the experience of IPFT after Jirania violence, Minister Mebar Jamatia said, “It’s very unfortunate what happened and we’r going to conduct a meeting right now and take decision”.
“We will appeal to the Govt for proper investigation…..”, the Minister added.
Being asked by media, whether IPFT will talk to Chief Minister Biplab Deb or not, Minister said, “Right now I can’t make any comment” and left GB hospital.
Mebar Jamatia faced media when he rushed to GB hospital to meet the victims of police firing at Jirania.
