AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): National Congress leader, Congress National Secretary for Sikkim Pradyot Deb Barman has stressed on National Register of Citizens (NRC) on yesterday’s meeting at the Congress Bhawan.

The meting was conducted at Congress HQ with the arrival of Bhupen Borah, Congress National Secretary.

Pradyot, who is also the Royal family inheritor already filed a petition in the Supreme Court of India demanding NRC. During meeting at Congress Bhawan, in the presence of State Congress leaders and National Secretary Bhupen Borah, State Congress President Birjit Sinha, he placed the importance of NRC in Tripura.
