Agartala, Sept 30 (TIWN): In an order, the District Magistrate (DM), West district- Abhishek Singh today imposed some restrictions on bursting and selling of firework under section 144 of Indian Criminal Penalty Rules, which creates noise more than 90 decibel within the 5 meters of source.

According to the order issued by DM, chocolate bombs, chain crackers, lose crackers, seven shot, rocket bombs including other crackers those creates noise more than 90 decibel within the 5 meters of the source will be under this restriction.

This restriction would be active from September 30 to October 30, next. If anybody disobeys the restriction, strict action will be taken against them under section 188 of Indian Penal Code.
