AGARTALA, Dec 7 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister cum Party State President Biplab Deb on Friday said that after Govt changed in Tripura unseating 25 years winner party CPI-M, no doubt has left that Biplab Deb was the correct person whom Amit Shah and PM Modi had chosen as Party President for Tripura.

“I became the Party President on 6^th January, 2016 and Amit Shah’s decision of 6^th January, 2016 was totally correct. He had chosen the correct man and that’s why he is called Amit Shah”, Biplab Deb said in a Prishtha Pramukh programme of BJP.

Biplab Deb also claimed that it was on the same day (6^th January, 2016) that he took BJP membership and in the same day he was made the party president.

“I didn’t work for BJP earlier but the day I became BJP, I was elevated as Party President. However, my case is exceptional and exception happens once only”, Biplab Deb told his party activists.
