AGARTALA, Dec 7 (TIWN): CPI-M’s student wing SFI has staged a protest at Agartala voicing against the 14 years girl’s brutal murder after rape at Korbook.

The 14 years minor girl’s dead body was recovered in pathetic condition. She was gangraped and dumped underground, when she was going to attend examination of her Class-VIII annual term.

An FIR has been lodged in Natun Bazar Police station. Two accused have been named by locals 1) Kasta Roy Tripura and 2) Bhanjoy Tripura in this connection. But they denied the allegation and police released them. Later locals had beaten Bhonjoy Tripura and he started to tell the truth whereas Kasta Roy Tripura managed to escape from the area.

During the protest, SFI also raised voice against bulldozing of SFI leader late Arun Deb’s statue bulldozing by BJP, slamming the lawless era of BJP Govt by displaying banners.
