AGARTALA, Dec 7 (TIWN): 14 years minor girl’s dead body was recovered in pathetic condition, erupted much resentment at Purba Manikya Dewan area of Korbook subdivision in Tripura.

The girl was allegedly raped and dumped underground, when she was going to attend examination of her Class-VIII annual term.

An FIR has been lodged in Natun Bazar Police station.

Two accused have been named by locals 1) Kasta Roy Tripura and 2) Bhanjoy Tripura in this connection. But they denied the allegation and police released them.

Later locals had beaten Bhonjoy Tripura and he started to tell the truth whereas Kasta Roy Tripura managed to escape from the area.

Her body has been sent for post mortem.
