AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): As no development has come in lawyer Pradip Modok murder case after 24 hours of passage, senior lawyers held a meeting at District Court today followed by a press conference demanding justice for the victim.Senior advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas was present in the meeting.

Lawyer Pradip Modok, S/O- Late Promod Ranjan Modok was killed on Wednesday early morning suspected by professional killers. 

The lawyers have expressed concern on the law and order situation, demanded proper investigation and justice to the victim as the earliest. On yesterday advocates met DGP A K Shukla demanding proper justice to the incident.

This murder has been marked by lawyers as "Cold Blooded Murder".

Pradip Modok, S/O- Late Promod Ranjan Modok resident of Abhoynagar in Agartala city was killed brutally on late-night and kept his body in a water-drum inside the house.

Family members in the morning couldn't find him and after searching they were collapsed in shocks when found his dead body in the morning.Police were informed about the dead body found of Pradip Modok and rushed to the spot. After arriving, police recovered the body from the drum and called forensic team and dog-squad for investigation investigate, but till now no development has come in the case.
