AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing in a programme conducted for Panchayat Secretaries, said that an OC should know each and every happenings of his / her area, including "husband-wife's quarrel".

Biplab Deb said, today our tribal society is spoiled by playing Teer-game in mobile. An OC should take care of everything and check who is doing what.

Biplab Deb further said, he will sit with all OCs shortly and will dictate them how to work. 

"If an OC says he doesn't know about “something” that means he doesn't want to know and in slumber. S/he is not interested to work", Biplab Deb said. 

CM further asked the Panchayat Secretaries to take care of whole area like a mother.

"Only 2000 people live in a village. A Panchayat Secretary must know even if someone is ill, as it's an era of telephone. Whether police is doing their duties properly or not it needs to be checked. If police and Panchayat secretaries work together then no crime can happen". CM added.
