AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): When all recruitments were cancelled including Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) recruitments, BJP govt with "ill" motive spared Law Dept recruitments. On that time, only TIWN was the media to raise question on the intention of the Govt based on unemployed youths allegation. Now, High Court's notice to Tripura Govt regarding irregularities in Law Dept once again proved that TIWN news was 100% correct. Now Govt is going to launch "Relaxation" in teachers' recruitment and TIWN here again predicts it will be to push own people in the teaching profession. High Court has noticed Tripura Govt to reply within four days for appointing eight public prosecutors illegally.

The petitioners are 1) Bapi Dey, 2) Joyesh Dey who are also advocates (practicing) in the Gomati District Court.

HC Chief Justice Sanjay Karol heard the writ petition filed by Adv Purushottam Roy Barman, Samarjit Bhattacharjee and Kaushik Nath and High Court  has served the notice to State Govt seeking reply to allegations of illegal recruitment. Both Bapi Dey and Joyesh Dey had topped in the interviews, whereas they didn’t get the appointment led them to file a case in the High Court. Tripura Govt had cancelled all the ongoing recruitments except Judicial Dept and now this Judicial Dept recruitments are themselves under scanner.

Tripura's unemployment problem turning worse under Biplab Deb's Govt followed by massive cancellation of existing recruitments. At the same time ongoing terminations affected thousands of people since BJP in power. Ruling BJP already lost young generation's vote banks and at the same time it vote bank may be affected by 1.5 lakh Govt Employees huge resentment for not getting 7th Pay Commission. When it was promised, within 1 year of Govt formation BJP Govt will recruit 50000 unemployed youths in Govt Dept which are left vacant but now unemployment rates of Tripura are breaking national records with 32.2%. BJP in its Vision Document laid various promises for unemployed youths as 1)Providing one job opportunity to every household through a multi pronged approach  2) To fill up 50,000 Govt Posts vacancies within a year through a transparent process, 3) Ensuring the implementation of 7th Pay Commission for all employees of the state government in the first cabinet meeting itself., 4)Enhancing minimum wages to Rs. 340 per day to meet the national, 5) To better the lives of the marginalized people in the state BJP will bring all allowances to a minimum of RS. 2000 in a phased manner without putting undue burden on the state exchequer etc.

When State Govt has failed to give minimum numbers of Govt jobs, TPSC (an autonomous body) under Govt's pressure are cancelling all ongoing jobs, which were continuing for years. Many passed out written tests and many even the whole tests but brutally BJP Govt has cancelled the jobs. Tripura's unemployment rate is now breaking the National records. However, Chief Minister clearly mentioned, those who are thinking house-to-house-jobs mean Govt Jobs, they have brains.
