BELONIA (South Tripura), Nov 15 (TIWN): In a brutal attack upon opposition CPI-M, BJP activists have broken the law and order at Belonia today bounded police for lathi charge and take other actions.

South Tripura District which has been under BJP's attack time to time has once again blooded and videos, audios of BJP's attack are going viral.

BJP this time has gheraoed Jila Sabhadipati Himanshu Roy's vehicle and other members of CPI-M when they were going for a meeting. BJP activists stone pelted, broken the glasses of the Sabhadipati's vehicle asking to "go back". 

Till now Home Minister who is none other than Chief Minister Biplab Deb has been silent whereas Opposition leader Manil Sarkar has condemned the brutal incident during his speech at Town Hall on November Revolution Day.

The incident took place at Belonia's Murzapur, whereas bomb blasts were also reported. Police didn't arrest any BJP activists under ruling party and BJP Govt's order. 

Police had to impose Lathi Charge upon few BJP activists, used tear gases. This incident has left the SP Jal Singh Meena also injured. 

CPI-M's meeting was announced before 15 days and was under total police protection. 

Recently CPI-M top leaders had met Chief Minister Biplab Deb demanding proper security for the opposition activists, leaders but no development has come so far and BJP in it's barbaric style has continued violent attack upon opposition parties. 

This attack had started from yesterday under BJP leader Lakkhan Das aiming not to allow CPI-M to hold any meeting. Few BJP goons were injured in police's lathi charge.
