AGARTALA, Nov 13 (TIWN): Immature talks of Biplab Deb is a signal that he needs immediate psychotherapy as with age's increasing it may convert into serious mental disease. Already Biplab Deb's mother Mina Deb (Bangladeshi) said in an interview emotionally that even though her son grew up but continued to behave like 4 years child and yet with another laughter raising moment, Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing in East Zone inter University Volleyball Women Tournament, 2018 at Tripura University told Tripura University students that since Modi Govt came in power (2014) gender discrimination has ended. (Such immature dialogue was never given by any Chief Minister of India). In this contrary under Modi Govt crime against women not not spiked up but attacks, rapes of minor girls increased double which was internationally criticized as "India's Rape Culture". Data says the numbers of rapes took place in 2012 was 24,923, in 2013 was 33,707, in 2014 it was 36,735 and in 2015 total 34,651 rapes took place.

CM further claimed, Dipa Karmakar was a product of Modi era's inspiration and it was only BJP Govt which made two woman as Central Ministers and one speaker in Lok Sabha. However, boasting the Modi Govt further CM said, "Within 2022 everybody will have Pakka-houses, for women PMUY and in that women have been given priority".
