AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): BJP’s JUMLA Govt facing a new challenge which may affect party's vote banks as a huge numbers of unemployed victims who filed cases against CPI-M Govt led recruited 10323 teachers in 2009-2010, have demanded jobs if needed on 'ad-hoc' basis. As High Court in 2014, September 7 had asked the CPI-M Govt to appoint the petitioners of 10323 teachers case and to stop the termination of the 10323 teachers, so the unemployed people have gathered today in front of Health Minister Sudip Barman's home (Sudip Barman was the opposition leader of Congress during that time who was believed behind the petition of 10323 teachers). Addressing media, the victims said that in CPI-M ruling time they filed those cases challenging the ruling Govt for the sake of building "corruption free administration".
All the 381 unemployed victims who filed case against 10323 teachers recruitment in HC have demanded jobs like 10323 after SC verdict.
These petitioners are known as first big anti-communist movement holders who cleaned Tripura from Teachers Recruitment Scams as after their case, HC ordered teachers recruitments-on-basis of TET exams, dismissing Walk-in-Interview.
