AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN):Biplab Deb not only painted himself as India’s top motormouth with regular gaffes but also positioned himself as topmost LIAR Chief Minister in Tripura’s history when FAKE promises like 7 Lakhs Job creation within first 30 months or filling 50,000 vacant Govt posts only added into pile of lies to fool masses. When TPSC paused all existing recruitments and 50,000 Govt Posts remain unfilled, Chief Minister Biplab Deb is motivating youths to go for opening Pan-Shops, Milking Cows others to get jobs, just like Modi's Pakoda Job theory.

According to the promise laid in Vision Document now Biplab Deb Govt has to fill up 50,000 vacant posts under State Govt Depts within next 5 months (i.e. within March 9, 2019) as in the Vision Document of the party released before Assembly Election with poll memorandum by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley it has been said, "There are 50,000 vacancies in the State Govt. We will fill up all the vacancies within a year with transparent recruitment policy". 

But even though the so called transparent policy was adapted, there is no hurry to fill up the vacancies. 8 months are already gone and now Biplab Deb has only 4 to 5 months in hands to provide 50,000 jobs under Govt Dept to the unemployed youths. 

7 lakhs unemployed youths had voted for BJP to get in Govt job but instead of decreasing, unemployment toll has taken a sharp rise in the state with 39.1% in the September month.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb has motivated youths of Tripura to be Entrepreneur and to give jobs to 20 people, instead of running after Govt jobs.

CM said, "How far Govt jobs can be given ? 7 lakhs unemployed youths are in Tripura. Moreover, being an entrepreneur is a great feeling as your are also appointing others in your business and  generating employment".

However, Tripura is right now suffering due to nil-industrialization, lots of general degree holders and loss in business, price rates. In this situation Govt jobs are the safest option for people. 

In Vision Document of BJP also, the party promised that within 1 year of Govt formation 50000 vacant posts to be filled up, whereas 8 months have gone of the BJP Govt and all existing recruitments are being stopped. 

Tripura in October 2018 topped in unemployment rate among 29 states with 32.2% unemployment rate.

CM earlier had come in controversy after he suggested youths to open paan-shops and milk-farm.

According to Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy's (CMIE) monthly data, in October 2018 the unemployment problem is still tensed for Tripura as state continues to remain in top position with 32.2%.  However, it's a light decrease than last month's 39.1%.
