AGARTALA, Oct 13 (TIWN): Just CPI-M's HAGABA, BJP's Sangha is also full wave to hide Govt's failure and propagate the ruling Govt and its Party. In attempt to conceal Biplab Deb Govt's major failure to announce 7th Pay Commission to its employees and pensioners, BJP backed 'Tripura Rajya Karmachari Sangh' to kick of a celebration rally from Agartala Rabindra Bhawan premise today at 3 pm. Taking U-turn from its 'Vision Document' promise on Pay Commission BJP Govt had announced "Tripura Pay Matrix-2018" with a hike of 0.32 factor on October 9, 2018 than CPI-M Govt's 2.25 factor which was announced in 2017, June month. With this limited gift from Govt, a Sangha-led rally to be organized on Saturday thanking the Govt for implementing 7th Pay Commission, whereas in reality there is no similarity between State & Centre Govt employees, neither its 7th Pay Commission.
Important Points on 7th CPC Press Meet (No similarity with Central scale), No DA hike, Implementation from 2018, October :
1) Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018 subject to be condition that whatever the revised pay works out higher than the corresponding pay as per 7th CPC recommendations, as a result of application of multiplication factor of 2.57, suitable adjustments shall be made with a view of keeping parity with 7th Pay Commission recommendation. As a result multiplication factor to be slightly lower than 2.57 factor,
2) Minimum pay at the entry level of the Pay Matrix shall be Rs. 18,000 per month for Group-C and Rs. 16000 per month for Group-D,
3) Employees recruited on fixed basis against formal creation pf fixed pay posts by keeping in abeyance regular-scale posts, there shall be no change in the formula. Their pay shall be fixed at 75% of the initial pay in the relevant level of Tripura Pay Matrix 2018 and will get same benefit as regular employees,
4) Regarding daily workers/ part time workers revised pay shall be arrived by dividing the existing rates by 2.25 and then multiplying by 2.57,
5) Pensioners, family pensions of the State Govt pensioners shall also be revised using the same methodology as adopted by Revision of Pay. Minimum pension shall be from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 1,07,450.Existing rates of additional pension shall be continue.
