AGARTALA, Oct 4 (TIWN): A social organization named Pawsome has celebrated "World Animal Day" on Thursday.

The organization members have distributed bananas to cattle, as a part of showering love to animal. 

World Animal Day is an international day of action for animal rights and welfare celebrated annually on October 4, the feast day of Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals.
