AGARTALA, Oct 3 (TIWN): After 96% seats BJP won 'without contest' (huge courtsey to State Election Commissioner G.K.Rao), with open poll rigging on Wednesday BJP has swept maximum seats (113 of 130 seats). Post retirement posting hunger, Post retirement benefits, and BJP bootlicking prevented State Election Commissioner G.K.Rao to re-conduct this rigged, shameful election where 96% oppostion candidates couldn't file nomination papers due to BJP's organized terror.

1 draw among CPI-M, BJP at Panisagar
In a statement CPI-M spokesperson Haripada Das said, "BJP had forced to resign CPI-M candidates from their posts to conduct this by-election, then they occupied 96% seats again by force. Amid all the odds, CPI-M performed well in the election, which has proven that to stop the voice of opposition, BJP had forced 96% seats in its clutches".
"Panisagar, Yubarajnagar, Kalachara block CPI-M has won four seats of Panchayat and in Kadamtala and Gournagar block two seats were won in Panchayat samiti. In Panisagagar after draw, BJP/RSS activists have created a chaos at there. In few seats Congress has also won", Das said.
"CPI-M thanked the winner CPI-M candidates. In last 7 months BJP undertook many undemocratic decisions against public interest", Haripada Das said adding the opposition movement will be strengthen further in coming days.
