'Blood doesn't have any religious identity' : Manik Sarkar

AGARTALA, Oct 1 (TIWN): One day after BJP MP Subramanian Swamy claimed that BJP is going to make India a Hindu Rastra and has plan to convert all into Hindus under 'One India' mission, Tripura Communist leader, Ex-CM Manik Sarkar pinched the saffron ideology in 'National Voluntary Blood Donation Day' saying, "Blood doesn't have any race, cast, religion but without blood human can not live".

Manik Sarkar also said, there is no way to identity whose blood is entering in a body when emergency blood is needed in his / her body.

Sarkar was addressing in 'National Voluntary Blood Donation Day' conducted under Health Dept of Tripura at Agartala Rabindra Bhawan. 

Being invited by Health Minister Sudip Barman as an honour to Manik Sarkar for his influence to young generation for massive blood donation campaigning at 95% rate, Manik Sarkar sharing dais with Barman called people to join in massive blood donation in coming days.

Sarkar also mentioned, till day scientist couldn't invent the alternative of blood and so there is no alternative of blood donation infact. 

Health Minister Sudip Barman said, "Blood donation is the way to show love towards the humanity. I urge to all to come forward and to carry the mission to fulfill our aim for 100% blood donation record".
