AGARTALA, Oct 1 (TIWN): Panchayat By-Election turned a comedy show, setting example of murdering democracy.

When oppositions could not submit nominations, the ruling BJP and IPFT have alleged each other for casting extra votes by force in Khowai poll centre during by-election procedure on Sunday. 

The incident took place at Khowai RD Block, Laxmi Narayan Panchayat, Ward-No-4 (Seat No- 3 & 4).

The voting process was stopped for a long time as few miscreants from outside entered and snatched papers, cast votes, officers of that booth alleged.

Being asked, IPFT and BJP have blamed each other.
