AGARTALA, Sep 26 (TIWN): Petrol prices in Agartala have been turning more volatile, as prices of crude oil have been showing a firm trend and like everyday it has maintains the price hike on Wednesday.

It is important to check today's petrol price in Agartala (Rs.81.36), 14 paisa more than yesterday. Petrol and diesel prices are revised daily, so you can lose much, if you are travelling on a long distance.

The rupee has also moved lower against the dollar, which has made petrol prices in Agartala more expensive than before.Diesel price hit at Rs. 74.38. 

It is hoped that the government can reduce excise duties, so as to enable rates to become more cheaper in the coming days.
