AGARTALA, Sep 16 (TIWN): Charges came against Tripura Law Secretary Data Mohon Jamatia for violating recruitment policy.Allegation raised against Law Secretary Datamohon Jamatia who had availed special permission to continue TJS Gr-III exam from the BJP-IPFT govt.It was accused that even top leaders of IPFT and present Law Minister helped him to avail permission from court to continue the said exam where as other exam of the same categories(TCS/TPS) were cancelled in the name of jumla transparent policy.

The topper of TJS Gr-III among ST category is Abhinas Jamatia(Roll no-00024) is also very closely related to D.M.Jamatia, the Law Secretary.After a report was published in a daily newspaper in Tripura exposing TPSC scam, which has hit the unemployed youths who were promised to get a 'corruption free' recruitment process once BJP comes in power.

The Judicial section's recruitment was always under scanner as this is the only Dept which didn't undergo the cancellation of "existing recruitment process".

Before result publication, four ST candidates in were posted as Judges and the selected list was exposed. 

On December 2016 the notification was first released for 6 Justice posts (4 ST, 2 SC). 121 candidates appeared in the written test on June 22, 2017.

On 1st September, 2018 the viva test was taken but without result publication, four judges were listed and the listed as selected which was leaked. 

A source has informed TIWN a shocking data, "After the formation of BJP-IPFT government in Tripura, they asked TPSC for the main exam result sheet of TCS/TPS exam". Their main target was to cancel all ongoing TCS/TPS exams even after the verdict of the Tripura High Court vide W.P(C)No-822/2016.The cunning govt is aware of the verdict so they yet not specified that the TCS/TPS exam is null and void. Actually they are observing whether any TCS/TPS candidate file case against them in the court or not cause they are well aware of contempt of court so they indirectly mentioned all exam cancelled except Judicial Service".
