AGARTALA, Sep 11 (TIWN): Amid Swachh Bharat like motivational drives State Govt and AMC have been failed to control the hell like situation with overflowing dustbin and garbage stocked beside each road side.

Across Agartala City, the cleanliness culture yet to be  habituated by Agartala people and each raod, including narrow paths, localities are full of gabage leads further hellish condition during water-logging in rains.

In Battala like places since many months below the underconstruction flyover, water have been logged for long, where wastages, plastic items are floating over.

From house to destination public now have to cross the road by spitting and pressing their noses.  Public find it difficult to pass and whoever is passing have to keep their hankies over their nose to prevent the prevailing bad odour.

Most of the crowded areas like Kaman Chowmuhani, GB Bazaar, Battala does not have dustbins at all. Garbage is being stacked in the road.
