AGARTALA, Sep 4 (TIWN): Passengers, auto drivers jointly blocked road at Motor Stand after Govt ordered to shift the auto stand from Old Motor-stand to Chandrapur.

The agitated drivers said, the govt is unready to listen to anyone and without discussion attempting to remove us from here right now.

"Everything should be in democratic way, via discussion. Since years we are working here but now passengers will have to take autos three times with the decision. They are not ready to discuss and warned to take all autos at Chandrapur through crane", the agitators said.

They also blasted the ruling BJP for betraying them for which they have worked since many years. The drivers further told media that they will not go from here all of a sudden like this. 

A huge numbers of passengers also joined the blockade, but police said this Old Motor Stand was already removed long back but still they are used to gather here illegally.
