AGARTALA, Sep 4 (TIWN): In a major raid by AD Nagar PS at Bhattapukur, huge quantity of foreign liquors, Indian demonetized currencies were seized.

The raid was held at around 1:30 am from the house or Arjun Debnath S/O-Lt. Narayan Debnath of Bhattapukur, Kalitilla.

The arrested persons are :

1. Arjun Debnath(26) s/o Lt. Narayan Debnath of Bhattapukur, Kalitilla

2.  Darin Kaipeng(23) s/o Madole Kaipeng of Taidu, Dhanlekha

3. Jaharlal Kaipeng(25) s/o Gambhir Thang Kaipeng of Taidu, Dhanlekha

The seized items are :

1. 400 ltrs CM liquor

2. Alto -800 car TR04B 0736

Rs 75000/- of cashes with demonetized notes were recovered. Counting yet continues.
