AGARTALA, Sep 3 (TIWN): Being failed to meet Chief Minister Biplab Deb, Stenographer job aspirants called Minister Sudip Barman and met him, returned with positive reply from him.
Even though 45 % marks is not a huge mark, but many job aspirants were preparing for years with less percentage as under SSC, UPSC, TPSC marks were not asked.
But after cancelling the ongoing jobs, as the New Recruitment Policy is seeking marks so many candidates are facing tough times.
The Govt through notification has sought 45 % marks in Madhyamik for stenographers, but many of the job aspirants today agitated saying earlier carrying marks from rural and poor families with previous syllabus was very tough, whereas in today’s time 45 % marks are nothing.
However when they went to meet CM, police blasted them. Later they were able to meet Health Minister Sudip Barman and according to them Minister said, he will look into the matter.
