AGARTALA, Aug 30 (TIWN): Nightmare-action of Tripura Home Dept under Chief Minister Biplab Deb who exposed himself with "Chop-Off" theory of critics, has left one terminated contractual employee under psychological traumas. No doubt BJP Doctors will soon react on the type used as 'psychological trauma' just like CM's gaffe on 'Duck-swimming-Oxygen' theory but question is, 'What they (BJP) said before Election' and 'What are they doing'. Not a single Dept's employee has been regularized after five and half months of the Govt formation but massive termination of contractual employees either in Mid-Day-Meal or in JICA project or Forest Dept are going on in the name of 'Transparent Recruitment'. But when it comes about codes and conducts for the Govt itself, BJP activists are seen in Chief Minister's OSD chamber working to find out data and facts to probe Biplab Deb's gaffe.

On Thursday one person who was in Hunger Strike in the Forest Dept premise has been hospitalized after police under Home Dept's order took massive action to evict the hunger strikers at 5 am in the morning. 

Around thousand people have been terminated in last 5 months who were engaged in various projects or companies or under State Govt. Huge numbers of TSR, Police have been deployed in front of Aranya Bhwan so that the Hunger Strikers can not come here any more and thus to be 'terminated forever'. 

The drive was held when the area was less crowded in the early morning at around 5 am. The action by Biplab Deb’s govt had taken place after Supreme Court on Thursday had hit the BJP Govt for not allowing democratic movements in states.

Total 363 employees earlier had protested to be regularized from Forest Dept but among them 350 were regularized but 13 contractual of Forest Dept have been terminated recently under the BJP Govt and among those 13 employees there are many senior employees who were victimized due to ‘other’ reason. In total 35 numbers of employees are left jobless without any reason.

Under National Ayush Mission (NAM), National Health Mission (NHM), MGNREGA, SSA, RMSA etc there are many thousands of voters voted BJP to power as they were confident that once BJP will be in power they be regularized, but regularization is a matter of far way, State Govt is now busy in terminating the employees massively. Also various odd service rules have been introduced by the BJP-govt in Tripura and all existing recruitments were cancelled affecting 8000 jobless victims.
