AGARATALA, Aug 27 (TIWN): In a barbaric display of organized terror across Tripura, Biplab Deb led JUMLA BJP party attacked CPI-M in multiple places across state on Monday. After various attacks took place on Monday by ruling BJP activists upon opposition CPI-M in various parts of the state in organized manner when the CPI-M leaders were collecting funds for flood hit Kerala, CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar has slammed the ruling BJP Govt for continuing terror in the state, not leaving the charity fund for Kerala flood victims with political ill motive. "Our former great leader Jyoti Basu always said BJP is a party of Barbarians and in real sense it's a party belong to Barbarians...", he added."Bulldozing of party offices and other issues are on one side, but it is about the massive devastration happened recently in Kerala due to flood. Central Govt either understand the pains of Kerala people or not, it could not give a little amount of the need for the devastration but from Employees to Justices have donated for flood-hit Kerala but the barbaric, selfish, savage attitude shown by the BJP today was shocking ! CPI-M condemns it ! Such incident never ever happened in Tripura before today. We want to know what is CM's reaction on this issue", Bijan Dhar said further comparing BJP with the 'monster released from bottle'.

Bijan Dhar informed media in a press conference at Melarmath, the first attack had taken place at Khowai today when CPI-M led by leader Padma Debbarma, MLA Nirmal Biswas were raising funds. When they (CPI-M members) were near to UBI Bank the BJP had attacked the CPI-M activists, where Khowai BJP District Prabhari Amit Rakshit's body guard Srikanta Das was also present. Then they gheraoed the party office at there and the situation is still tensed at there. The second attack was at Belonia where a huge numbers of CPI-M activists led by Central Committee member MLA Badal Choudhury and other leaders were busy in the collection. Bijan Dhar said, public were willingly, happily donating for flood hit Kerala but when they were near to No-1 Tila area, BJP activists started stone pelting, which was however controlled by police present on spot. In Agartala also at Maharaj Ganja Bazar CPI-M members led by Pabitra Kar were prevented from collecting funds and also the BJP goons had threatened the shop-keepers not to give any money to them (CPI-M).

"These three incidents are matters of shame for the state ! These incidents have proven to what kind of leaders, undemocratic party the power has been handed over by Tripura people", Bijan Dhar told media.

CPI-M further asked the ruling govt stop such non-sense activities which is hitting the people each day from fighting in the motor stand to attacking common men in various means.
