AGARTALA, Aug 26 (TIWN): 21 Sector Assam Rifles celebrated Raksha Bandhan festival with locals at Kanchanpur, Bagbassa, Agartala, Khowai. Udaipur
and Radhanagar.

School girls and women  from nearby villages  tied Rakhi to jawans.  Sweets were distributed as part of celebrations.

The event  is  true reflection of the spirit  of india and affection of locals towards Assam Rifles.
