UDAIPUR, Aug 14 (TIWN): Even though the programme of Boating competition was conducted by Gomati District Administration at Udaipur, claimed was held after 32 years in the District but in the row of the Political leaders at there, District Magistrate and SP’s voice left unheard, neither a space was given both the officers on the dais.
Gomati District DM is Tarun Kanti Debnath (I.A.S) and SP is Avula Ramesh Reddy (IPS). Due to their absence in the stage no data was heard about the two officials, raising question once again in which direction Tripura is going ahead without valuing the bureaucrats.
However, local MLAs as Biplab Ghosh, Jila Sabhadipati Suniti Saha, MLA Pramod Reang, MLA Subash Ch. Das were also became a part of the progarmme and shared the dais.
Addressing in the programme, Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy said, “After 32 years we are celebrating this occasion is itself historical”.
Chief Minister Biplab Deb during his speech inspired fishermen for helping State Govt to grow economy, which will help them also to earn more in coming days.
