AGARTALA, July 30 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Sunday said, “In Singapore the drivers never misbehave with passengers as they know if they behave rudely then the tourists will never be back in their country and they will lose the business. In the same way, drivers here in Tripura should learn good manner.
“Our culture is Atithi Devo Bhava since lakhs of years. A person should not request and fight with drivers. Rather the auto should take the passenger in correct direction and the reasonable money should be taken. In this way a good manner can develop the tourism sector too”, he said.
“I need a positive vibration in my state. I myself alone can’t do everything without public support. If we want to develop tourism, peace and manners should be developed first”, he added.
