AGARTALA, July 16 (TIWN): Congress’s student wing NSUI has placed a deputation to the Director of Secondary Higher Education alleging about ‘Poor allocation for mid-day-meal in budget’.
In a deputation placed to Director, NSUI State President Rakesh Das said, “As per budget allocation by the central govt, the school authority is spending lower money merely Rs. 4.22 for primary section and Rs. 6.18 at upper primary section”.
“Therefore we request kindly to look at the matter without considering any compromise with nutrition of the students, otherwise we will for movement centering the issue in democratic way”, in the deputation NSUI President said.
