The deficit MW has forced the TSECL authorities to opt for load shedding across the state”. The prevailing power cuts are adding to the problems faced by people who are not normally used to such a high temperature. More over 39 Manu Bye  Election work is also hampered. Particularly students are the real victim of load shedding.
