AGARTALA, June 28 (TIWN): Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted to probe medical representative Biswajit Pal murder case, who was murdered brutally on June 23rd night.

One person Pranjit Bhowmik has already arrested in the murder case, but more are under police’s rudder.

CM Biplab Deb had visited in victim’s houses and announced 1 lakh rupees compensation.CM has also assured justice to Biswajit.

Biswajit Pal was murdered on Saturday night by 9 mm pistol allegedly by Purna Biswas. His murder led mass resentment among the public.
