AGARTALA, June 28 (TIWN): Brutally killed Purna Biswas’s family members have been announced to get Rs. 5 lakhs as compensation from state govt, whereas killed medical representative Biswajit Pal’s family have received Rs. 1 lakh.

Biswajit Pal’s family members will not get the amount from Govt fund but from MLA fund.

CM Biplab Deb has visited in both victim’s houses and announced the prices.CM has assured justice in both cases.

Biswajit Pal was murdered on Saturday night by 9 mm pistol, whereas Purna Biswas was killed on yesterday brutally with multiple sharp injuries on his body.
