Maharani, UDAIPUR, September 9 (TIWN): A group of angry women today beaten BSF personnel for their inhuman behaviour in Maharani area near Jawahar Novodaya Vidyalaya) on Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday morning a truck loaded with iron rods of Rural Development Department was struck with a BSF vehicle while coming from Ampi to RD Store House. But when it collided with the BSF van TR01-1672 , it fell in to a jungle nearly 150ft from the main road. But it is alleged that BSF personnel did not even take the least care of the truck driver and the assistant when it fell from the main road.

As expected the local people thought that BSF will help the local people in the rescue operation. Accordingly the local people requested BSF to help. At once driver of the Truck Pinku Kar and his assistant  Rajib Dey were injured and were admitted in Gomati District Hospital. However, cars fell down more than 50ft,  people were surprised that nobody lost his/her life ever after the car fell from the road.

Meanwhile hearing the news of the accident when the local women came there, they requested the BSF to assist in rescue operation. But BSF neither helped nor took any interest for the driver of the truck nor his assistant . After some time the women got angry and started beating them with chappals and 'Jharus' protesting against their atrocities and lack of humanity.
