AGARTALA, June 22 (TIWN): Tripura Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy while addressing on the 4th day of Tripura Assembly said, “Tourists spots in Tripura have left in miserable shape followed by a long regime of a same govt in Tripura”.

“Various sanctuaries as South Tripura’s Trishna are almost dying. Before they die we need to recover them and rebuild them”, Roy said.

The Minister also claimed that Banga-Bandhu park at Belonia Chottakhola need to be renovated.

However, more than Tripura’s tourists spots the arrangement for tourists, proper road-maps, internet  facility are in pathetic shape but there was no mention about that so far.

From map to vehicle service and other facilities availability only can make a state tourist friendly and for that Govt’s investment is needed.

The Minister said, all kinds of facilities to be arranged to bring the areas under tourists comfort-zone.
