CPI-M alleges 4 political murders, 861 physical attacks in 100 days

AGARTALA, June 20 (TIWN): CPI-M has placed a report card on BJP/IPFT led violence in Tripura with 4 CPI-M activists murders, 861 physical attacks in last 100 days.
345 offices were burnt or destroyed, whereas 161 party offices were looted. Till now 102 party offices built over govt lands were bulldozed.
Around 1112 houses were allegedly attacked by ruling party activists and leaders have resigned alleging mental pressures upon them.
485 public properties were damaged, the allegation added.
On Monday, another CPI-M leader Tapas Sutradhar was killed in Talibani style by cutting his neck brutally by miscreants. Today MP Jitendra Choudhury, opposition leader Ex-CM Manik Sarkar have met the family members of the deceased.
