Ambassa, Sept 8 (TIWN): People of Ambassa today organized a road blockade against the transfer of Ayurvedic Doctor Ashok Debbarma to Kailasahar. Almost three to four days ago The populace of Ambassa deputed to the CMO with Mass-signature against the same but in vain. As a result they started blockade in the NH-44 from 11 am onwards. Even the Speaker of Tripura Legislative Assembly fell prey to this situation. At last the CMO promised the agitators that he will not issue the release order to the doctor. Then the blockade was called off.
