AGARTALA, June 11 (TIWN): Bad days for BJP activists as now with broom led Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, BJP leader Pratima Bhowmik has called her activists to clean Agartala Municipality drains.

Addressing a rally, Pratima Bhowmik said, "People want respect but Agartala people want to get rid of water-logging problems".

"Thus it is our duty to fulfill the hopes of people. With many hopes people have voted for us, so our duties have been increased a lot now", she said. 

"Agartala water logging problems will be solved when drains will be cleaned. In last 25 years of CPI-M regime, Agartala drains turned pathetic. Via Swachh Bharata Abhiyaan we have to clean those dains. In such way PM Modi's dream of Swachh Bharat will be fulfilled",  she said urging the activists to join in drain cleaning works.
