Lok Sabha Election : BJP rolls out  'Jan Sampark Abhiyan' in Tripura

AGARTALA, June 8 (TIWN): With Lok Sabha Election is coming closer, ruling BJP in Tripura has started 'Jan Sampark Abhiyan'. Today at Khyerpur Booth No-25, BJP MLA Ratan Chakraborty talked to person to person, visited each home even though it was not announced as LS election preparation. However since the election winning, BJP's mass-communication was downed, leaders media-avoiding increased heavily showing totally a different colour after the election, but with the General Election is knocking the states, now for next 7-8 months the leaders are all set to bow heads before the 'Janata' by considering them again 'Janardan'. However, almost all the political parties in Tripura now have started campaigning, rallies, protests around 40 weeks ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha Election. Ruling BJP, opposition CPI-M, Congress all the parties with their full strives are back the election battle field in their own ways, without mentioning about Lok Sabha election's preparation.

Congress which fell heavily in the last election, was also directed from the Central Congress to get back in form in attempt to become a strong opposition party. CPI-M have managed all the Left parties RSP, CPI, CPIM(L), Forward bloc to organize joint protests.

CPI-M's wing DYFI will hold a protest rally on June 12 voicing against the unemployment issue ongoing in the state.

BJP’s common means of propaganda via Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is now in the daily activity list whereas joining programmes to be started shortly.

In the meantime the party has also managed the IPFT led tensions and across hills and plain lands. Expectedly, both the parties to work with full cooperation for the Lok Sabha election. 

CPI-M MP Jiten Chowdhury, Opposition leader Ex-CM Manik Sarkar both are playing crucial roles to highlight the party, whereas Congress amid leadership crisis have been continuing its protests, rallies led by party president Birjit Sinha and leader Gopal Roy.

Observing the recently held country-wide by-election results Tripura Congress leader Gopal Roy said, "The result of by-elections were beyond imagination. Congress was expected to score well but that much of excellent scoring was not expected". The Congress leader also claimed that people are fed up of the Modi Govt's jumla-raj. In this condition the Modi Govt will lose the 2019 election, nodoubt on that".

CPI-M has chosen BJP’s Vision Document’s 10 points as the key of protests, whereas Congress is  also walking on the same route. 

Like last election, BJP’s chief guide likely to remain Sunil Deodhar whereas central leaders also to help Tripura like the Assembly Election.
