AGARTALA, May 18 (TIWN): Tough situation raised before the BJP Govt after it filed a case against Congress activists for blocking road at the Math Chowmuhani on May 11.

This blockade was staged on that day following the bulldozing of various party offices of Congress which were above 40 years old.

Talking to media, Congress leader Gopal Roy said, “We heard that they have filed case  against us for Math Chowmuhani road blockade, but our question is when everyday IPFT is blocking roads why the govt is not filing any case against them?”

“It means the Govt is biased. It’s playing double-standard-politics. It also proves the BJP is born to work against the constitution”, he said.
