AGARTALA, May 2 (TIWN): Only 12,222 teachers vacancies in whole Tripura ! Recently during the agitation shown in front of Secretariat, undergoing B.Ed students claimed that totaling passed out unemployed B.Ed holders and undergoing B.Ed students inside and outside the state will be at least 7000. Today on behalf of all the students around 100 B.Ed students hit the Education Minister’s residence demanding to give them the first priority in TET examination, before announces any relaxation. However, they failed to meet the Education Minister as they were told that the Minister is not at home. There was a news TIWN published recently whether anybody can complete B.Ed from outside states in Distance mode or not but in reality they can not do.

One Education Dept official has informed, after 2015 if a student can show migration from Tripura University then they can do  it but in maximum cases they don’t have migrations.

Not only this, they do not attend classes at their Colleges and managing everything from Tripura. Only during exams they are going to their Colleges and many teachers already in Govt jobs following this faulty procedure after they cracked TET exams. That was considered as fake-B.Ed degree but Govt didn't do any verification.

However, now all such students as well as state’s B.Ed students have demanded permission to allow them to sit in the TET examination before Govt announces any relaxation.
