AGARTALA / Karnataka, May 1 (TIWN): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promised Karnataka voters, "Once BJP comes in power all the culprits will be punished immediately". The same promise was made by PM Modi and Amit Shah ahead of Tripura election too. Just as the Prime Minister has mentioned about the black money recovery from Karnataka, in the same way demonetized currencies were recovered from AMC drains in CPI-M era. But instead of taking action Biplab Deb led BJP Govt's soft sides for the comrades have left Modi’s pre-poll promises far from reality. Chief Minister’s closeness with CPI-M’s close officials including Dilip Ray as well as his few of the media advisers who till day were boosting Ex-CM Manik Sarkar as the ‘poorest Chief Minister’ of India are now all in all in BJP.

Hence, infightings in BJP was leading at the first month, whereas numbers of true BJP activists who had been in BJP since around 2014 are now silent, frustrated seeing the entrance of Comrades in parties.

Various clubs have also been formed, where it has been seen that the persons who voted for CPI-M in the Assembly Election is now local heavy weight figure of BJP just to stop the transfer order of his wife or similar other reasons for next 5 years.

BJP Govt’s bold move to recover illegally grabbed lands by various party offices have been praised but what about the deprivation done to the actual BJP activists ?  Ratan Lal Nath on March 29 said, If in CPI-M era any kind of favour is done to any organization or institute and any lacuna is found in land allocation, actions will be taken, which is far from the reality yet.

In this condition BJP of state Tripura is suffering from a leadership crisis, especially after the departure of the BJP State Observer Sunil Deodhar.

On the other side, reports are coming that Tripura chief minister Biplab Deb has said that nails of those who pierce his government should be pulled out.

In a video which surfaced on Monday, Biplab Deb said: “Around 8 am, a vegetable vendor brings bottle gourd to the market. However, it gets rotten by 9 am due to repeated digging of nails by customers. I will not allow this to happen with my government. If someone pierces or interferes, his nails should be pulled out. No one can touch my government.”

In this condition how far the expectations of the people will be fulfilled in coming days and how far the sentiments of the anti-Communists trend will be taken care it will matter a  lot in the Lok Sabha election too.
