AGARTALA, April 7 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has motivated state's youths to think globally and try to get placement outside Tripura too. "It's not mandatory that you have stay in Agartala or Udaipur centering parents all the time. Don't forget, people who have gone abroad have changed the map of India including Netaji Subash Chandra Bose". CM was addressing at Pragna Bhawan in a skill development programme and motivated the youths not to hesitate to take placement anywhere in the state beyond Tripura after the training. "Don't carry such mentality that I have to work in Tripura only and live with parents always. Whoever went abroad they only freed the country from British, don't forget that". CM said. "Either Mahatma Gandhi or Netaji Subash Chandra Bose or Jawharlal Nehru and other great freedom fighters.....all studied at abroad", he said. "After coming in country they could think independently and freed India from Britishers. But who studied in India, their syllabus were made by the Britishers which couldn't able them to think independently", CM added.
"Thus, wherever you get opportunity either at Gujarat or Chennai or may be Durgapur of West Bengal, you must join......... it's not mandatory that you have to stay in Udaipur and Agartala. Wherever you will start living, you will start loving the place", CM told youths.
In the programme it was announced that within 2020, total 37000 youths will be brought under skill development training.
